The Dog Field Loch Lomond Terms & Conditions of Use
This agreement does not create any rights over the land and the customer accepts that the landowner always maintains control and possession of, and unrestricted access to, the field and parking area.
Please ensure the field is suitable for your needs before booking as there is a Shooting School within noise distance from the field and this might cause problems for reactive, noise sensitive dogs.
The client should be aware that the ground is uneven and should wear appropriate footwear for the weather and terrain.
Dogs should not be left unattended at any time.
Owners of “The Dog Field Loch Lomond” accept no Liability for the death of or injury to any person/dog or for damage to any property. We also accept no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages costs/expenses or other liability incurred by the hirer during the use of the field, including in the parking area, surrounding roads and immediate areas.
The fences and gate are regularly checked. However, as part of your use and enjoyment of the field you agree to be mindful of any holes or other damage to the fence or gate. Such damage may occur from time to time for various reasons, including digging by dogs or other animals (which may cause an opening or breach in either the gate or fence), falling trees or branches and general wear and tear. If you become aware of, or observe, any issue with the condition of the fence or gate, please make us aware immediately so that we can alert other users and so that we can repair it as soon as possible. The Dog Field Loch Lomond cannot accept responsibility for any dog escaping from the field through either the gate or fence, irrespective of whether this is a consequence of a defect in the fence or gate or whether we have notified you in advance or not.
Do not allow your dog to dig at any time in any part of the field. If they do, stop them immediately as holes pose risks to other users. If your dog digs, fill the hole with the dug out soil using the spade provided. If your dog causes significant damage please inform us immediately.
Customers MUST use the allocated parking zone.
We reserve the right to use any material including texts and images sent to us in any format or via social media pages for the purpose of marketing with or without your permission.
The field is to be used as an area for the hirer to train or exercise dogs, up to 4 dogs and for no other purpose (with a minimum of one Adult (16+) per 4 dogs). Any children (younger than 16) must be supervised by an adult at all times.
There is fresh/clean drinking water on site, however you must bring your own bowl and turn tap off after use.
The Dog Field Loch Lomond reserve the right to cancel any booking within 2 hours of start time for reasons including but not restricted to adverse weather conditions, field maintenance, grass preservation. In this event refunds will be processed within 48 hours.
In the unlikely event that the customer can’t gain access to the field, contact the number shown on the sign at the gate.
The field is equipped with a washing area, please use as little water as possible, turn the tap off after use and bring your own towels.
Please do not bring any animal that is unwell or injured to the field.
Any immediate problems, or if you notice any hazards on the field, call the number on the sign at the gate.
Unfortunately, the field is not suitable for all types of dogs. Any dog who can jump higher than 6 ft or any dog that can fit through an 8cm wide gap will not be secure in our field.
Dogs MUST be on the lead at all times when entering or leaving the field.
All dogs must be fully vaccinated and wormed.
If you see another customer, please do not approach them with your dog/s.
Hire cost is between £7 - £12, go to bookings for further information.
Block bookings may be made for an advance period of no more than eight weeks.

Payment of the full booking fee is required when booking and is non-refundable unless the hire is cancelled within 48 hours of the allotted date and time.
Please respect members of the public and surrounding areas.
Some level of barking is expected, however dogs that bark excessively may be asked to leave and repeat offenders may be barred.
No booking will be valid without payment. Payment can only be made via the website.
A code will be provided, to use when entering through the coded gate.
Field is for exclusive use, unless owners choose to share booking together. Please ensure no more than two vehicles at the site.
During the use and upon leaving the land the hirer is to ensure the land is left in a clean and tidy condition. Please clear up after your dog and use bins provided at the end of the field or take it home with you.
Please stay in your vehicle until the previous user has their dog safely in their vehicle, as they may have a reactive or frightened dog/s.
The client shall ensure that the premises are secure at all times and shall not divulge lock combination or discount codes to any third parties. Failure to comply may result in cancelled bookings (without compensation) and/or a semi or permanent barring from the field.
Please arrive and leave on time, allowing 5 minutes each side of booking.
Please take any toys and litter with you, or use the bins provided, these can be harmful to other dogs/wildlife.
Please make sure you close and lock the gate.
The hirer is not to carry out any alterations to the land, parking areas, structures or fencing.
